No, you can book directly through adUP. without any agency involvement.

How fast can my message go live? / When should I provide my content?

Your message can go live within 24 hours of booking confirmation and material approval. However, content must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the scheduled event.

What can I celebrate on the digital billboards?

You can celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, achievements, proposals, farewells, and any personal milestone. You can also mark special days such as graduations, engagements, retirements, and other meaningful life events.

Should I submit my video, or can you make it for us?

You can either submit your own content, or our team can create a custom design or video for you. Custom video creation is available as an optional add-on service with additional charges.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure payments through mobile banking services such as bKash and Nagad, as well as online banking. Cash payments are also available and can be made by visiting our office in person.

Can I cancel the dates?

No, changing dates is not possible once the booking is confirmed. However, you may request a change in timing. If the request is made at least 3 days in advance, no charge will apply. Same-day time changes will incur a fee of BDT 2,000.
