These terms apply to billboard bookings made on adUp Billboard Booking.

Bookings

You choose a billboard, a date, a start time and how many minutes your message plays. Every booking is subject to availability.

Each billboard has a price per minute of airtime. The booking total is that price times the minutes you choose, less any duration or bundle discount, plus any add-on services, a 5% service fee and 13% tax. The total shown before you pay is the amount charged.

Your time slot is held for 60 minutes while you pay; an unpaid booking is released after that.

Payment

You can pay with:

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a booking yourself from My Bookings (in your account) until 48 hours before the campaign starts. The time slot is released straight away.

If you have already paid, we refund the amount you paid and email you when the refund has been sent. Payments made with bKash are refunded to the same bKash account automatically when the booking is cancelled.
