Privacy Policy

This page explains what adUp Billboard Booking collects when you book a billboard and how it is used.

What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, email address, NID number, address, the purpose and details of your celebration, any media links you give us, and the billboard, date, time, duration and services you choose. If you create an account, we also keep your login details.

We do not store card or mobile-wallet details. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose; we only receive the payment confirmation.

Why we use it

To arrange and run your billboard booking, to contact you about it, to send booking and payment emails, and to keep a record of your bookings and payments.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that work for us to run the booking: the payment provider you pay with and our email delivery service. We do not sell your information.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are needed for the booking form, the cart and checkout, and logging in to your account.
